INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
- DIRECTIONS:
PREPARATION
- Read
installation instructions and MSDS thoroughly prior
to installation.
- All
surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease,
paints, oils, sealers and curing compounds, or any
other foreign materials which may interfere with
proper adhesion. Condition the area to be installed,
adhesive and flooring at 65°F (18°C) or
above for 48 hours before, during and 48 hours after
installation.
- Refer
to linoleum manufacturer’s specific recommendations.
INSTALLATION
- Upon
opening the container, stir any liquid that is on
the surface into the adhesive.
- Full
spread adhesive using recommended trowel.
- Before
installing floor, allow adhesive to set open up
to 10 minutes. On a non-porous substrate, allow
10-20 minutes open time.
- If
adhesive dries or skins over, the adhesive must
be scraped up and fresh adhesive needs to be applied.
- After
appropriate open time, install floor.
- Within
25 minutes, cut, fit and reposition as recommended.
- Roll
floor in both directions with a 75-100 lb. roller
or flooring manufacturer’s recommended roller
across width and length and and heat weld seams
as recommended.
CLEANUP:
- Wet
Adhesive: Clean, white cloth dampened with soapy
water.
- Dried
Adhesive: Clean, white cloth dampened with mineral
spirits; carefully following warnings on the container.

on the product label. Refer to the Material
Safety Data Sheet for additional product information.
